Introduction of examples of achievements in the production of hydraulic drive unit systems.

Our company not only manufactures our own products and OEM products but also undertakes the design and manufacturing of custom products requested by customers. We received a request from Toa Construction Co., Ltd. to create a floating bridge that absorbs the swaying of ships to allow for safe movement from ships to land. To validate this, we produced a prototype that absorbs swaying with a wave height of 50 cm. The customer provided acceleration sensors and gyro sensors, which transmit the ship's sway to the control device in real-time. The 6-axis motion base counteracts the ship's sway, reducing it. We conducted a demonstration test offshore in Kitakyushu and confirmed that there was no noticeable sway even when people were on board. Additionally, we also introduce examples of electric systems and ultrasonic motors. 【Manufacturing】 ■ Drive hydraulic unit 　・15 kW, pressure 7 MPa, maximum discharge capacity 105 L/min ■ Two control devices were produced for waveform control and angle monitoring ■ A 6-axis motion base was adopted for the foundation of the bridge ■ Heave ±600 mm, maximum speed 400 mm/sec ■ Points: 6DoF hydraulic servo PLC *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
